I was initially hired on as a contractor with CVS for a 3-week project, and then was extended indefinitely to partner with the Enterprise UX Strategy team. Much of my work was focused on defining the undefinable, and educating on a new pathway forward as CVS sought to integrate and streamline their enterprise and digital presence. In this role, I used skills including: wire framing, design, prototyping, research, copy writing, project management, copy editing, presentation and communication.
